Taking the Mystery out of Home Staging Consultations

Yes, sometimes this is what you have to work with! Honestly, some rooms just make me want to run screaming from the house. But, I never let it show! At some point, I manage to see past the filth, the clutter, the broken furniture and ugly paint and imagine the room's potential.

To help my Staging Diva students understand what to do when they're faced with rooms like these, and the many other challenges we face as home stagers or house fluffers, I've created a new course called:

"Taking the Mystery Out of Home Staging Consultations" and it covers:
  • How to turn a potential buyer into a paying client
  • How to avoid the "free estimate" trap
  • How to dress for a home staging / house fluffing consultation
  • What to bring to a home staging / house fluffing consultation
  • How to start the home staging / house fluffing consultation
  • "Who" moves "what" and "when"
  • What to look for during a home staging / house fluffing consultation
  • How to provide house showing survival tips
  • How to end your consultation and pave the way for future sales
  • Don't chase your money - How to get paid immediately
  • The 2nd visit - Essential ingredients for your home staging "tool kit"
"The most common sense approach I've seen on the subject of Home Staging client consultations," says Deidra Murphy, We Design Dreams (ON).

All Staging Diva Home Staging / House Fluffing Business Training courses are taught in a TeleClasses format, which is really just like a conference call. It allows me to teach all my students personally, no matter where they live. Courses include detailed notes, which you get by email in advance so that you can refer to them while I'm teaching and not feel like you have to write down everything I say. They are also a great resource for later as you get more involved in client projects.

For this new course, I'm also including the Staging Diva Home Staging Checklist in the course price of only $139. The Checklist alone normally sells for $70. You can also take the course for only $119 if you sign up for all 5 courses in the Staging Diva Program.
